Aylin's Story
From Turkey to TV and all that's in between!
ANA Catering, has been established for 12 years, but Aylin has been in the catering business with her family since aged 13. Aylins father came over from Turkey to work in the Aldelphi hotel Liverpool & they grew up in Liverpool working in restaurants.
Aylin had her own claim to fame when appearing on Channel 4's 'Burger Bar to Gourmet Star'. The six chefs including Aylin where trained by a celebrity chef and within three weeks she was sent to Austria with the show to convince a 3* Michelin chef that she was also one.....of course she completed the task with flying colours! Not only that celebrity chef, Aiden Byrne offered Aylin a fantastic opportunity to work with him in one of his restaurants for a year.

Day to day now Aylin runs the family business The Old Swan Tea Rooms, in Rhayder. They serve homemade food fresh from their kitchens from breakfasts to pies, afternoon teas and cakes.
Aylin is also head chef when working on private events and weddings for bespoke catering.

Aylin has worked among the best, yet she is so down to earth and will not only cook you some amazing food but you will enjoy her company in the tasting sessions and private dining settings.

Weddings
We love weddings, who doesn't! We work closely with Stanford Farm as one of their preferred suppliers and it's such a great location to work. We will meet you and discuss your menu, offering tasting sessions so you can truly sample our dishes. We can design a menu to suit you, typically though our most popular menus are, Sharing Board dinners, Afternoon Tea, Three course meals to Canapes and Grazing Tables. If you are staying over at Stanford we would also love to cook you breakfast/brunch
